In Death Note Light may have been the protagonist but if anything he was more like the bad guy and L may have been the antagonist but he's more or less the good guy.

Protagonist is really the person's view we see, antagonist is the one who challenges them.

 

It's a good show. It's cute too for kids and it actually doesn't feel dumbed down too. I actually like these autobots better than Animated autobots too.

A protagonist(s) is/are the main characters and those who are on their side basicaly, and antagonists are the characters against the protagonists, so for example you can have a moviewhere the decepticons as the main characters, but they're still evil, they would be the protagonists.

I prefer my programs with a main antagonist with 1 or 2 exeptions (RB is not an exeption), otherwise it's pretty dull.
I mean even if they had like 3 decepticon cliche bullies or something might get my attention.

Why is it hard to comprehend? The Rescue Bots aren't involved in the war for the most part, so you don't see them fighting the 'Cons. Jeff Kline did say they would have a crossover ep tho, so that'll be interesting.

 

You could just make like a group of Decepticons that cause hazards...Hazardcons:

Rumble
Frenzy
Smolder
Icepick
Barricade
etc.

I can think of at least 5 different scenarios with decepticon that they could turn into episodes that wont offend anyone.

 

Agreed. And someone in another thread suggested Decepticons who - instead of stealing massive and dangerous government devices or blowing up military bases and killing people - they do things like pollute or cause traffic jams or something. I think it could work.
