why did bay pick lazerbeak instead of buzzsaw
maybe Bay & Co. merged the 2 into one for the filmverse
He didn't. He picked Laserbeak, since there isn't, and there has never been, a Transformer named "Lazerbeak".
Because Laserbeak is by far a more well-known name. Not that that's really saying much.
But, yeah. Laserbeak and Ravage are probably Soundwave's best-known minions.
Because Laserbeak is much more well known... because he's already had Frenzy and Ravage.
Maybe he meant Lazorbeak, the winning BW character.
Also because if they used Buzzsaw, the movie would only be like three minutes long, since he'd kill everybody.
because buzzsaw would go all chuck norris on michael bay if he were killed in the film
I'd still watch it. 3 solid minutes of Buzzsaw going all sickhouse on... Well...
Here's another question; Why frenzy and not Rumble?
laserbeak was first.
why did bay pick laserbeak instead of Ratbat?
when answered please switch the next question to "why not rumble."
I asked that question, too.
saw, i was dilly-dallying typing up my response, so you you beat me to it.
but you response wasn't there when i started.
[Nelson] He's not named in Laserbeak in the movie, that's just Hasbro's name for the toy, it's actually Fart-monster [/Nelson]
Maybe becasue Lazerbeak is more known than Buzzsaw. I can bearly remember who Buzzsaw was.
But I kinda want Ratbat too...
Picked a name out of a hat?
Because Laserbeak is one of the more well-known minions of Soundwave, as others have pointed out in this thread.
Separate names with a comma.
