So a few months back my friends and I bought a few of the first wave Lucky Draw KOLD convoys (because I mean, who doesn't want a Gold plated Convoy?) and a few of them arrived broken. We were sent emails by Mike promising replacements along with 50% coupons for future KOLD figures which made us pretty happy! Months passed. After repeated emails, and messaging using their "Live Help" service I finally decided to sign up on the forum and post my issue. Little did I know I had unleashed hells fury. Mike bombarded my post with flaring insults, curses, all in capital letters prosecuting me for being such an "unsupportive" and "unthankful" customer. I told him that I had spent hundreds at his store (most of the stuff is great for modding as I'm sure many of you know) but this made no difference to Mike. I was then informed that all Mike cared about was the shop and that he, "didn't give a f**k about anyone and their problems" and that his job was totally "thankless" and that he never got one thank you in return for the "amazing" job he was doing. It all ended with me offering compromises to my issue which was met with a big, "f**k u" at the end. Completely baffled and shocked I merely took a step back and vowed NEVER to shop at KOtoys again. I have never had an experience like this anywhere on the internet finding that most store owners are respectful and treat their customers with compassion...this was just unacceptable.
