Why do the "twins" have mutant heads?

    Someone spilled water on them and fed them after midnight...... they really do remind me of Grimlins lol

    My guess is that they are the icecream truck split into two robots, which is why they have lopsided bodies, deformed heads but intact personalities.

    Really, just Skids reminds me of a Gremlin, Mudflap makes me think of a happy chimp.
