Well, good that it has been useful, at least. One thing that doesnt come out in the pictures, is that Thundercrackers blue has a pearl shine to it, which is nice.

 

I have to agree, the blue is something else when you see it in the flesh, plus I think he looks 100% Thundercrackery once you have the wing stickers on.

 

What other version of Skywarp? Do you mean Takara vs. Hasbro or did I miss something?

I know the feeling but I didn't stop at 3 I currently have 6 of that mold. With the Igear coneheads coming out I might end up with 12 when it's all said and done.

 

I've been excited about those Coneheads ever since Wheel_Jack from Radicons designed them   They will be mine, yeeesssss!

I really don't know when i'm going to stop buying this mold. Ghost Starscream is on the way and i'll probably end up buying those igear cone heads also.

[Not to start the whole debate in this thread, but] iGear may be KOing the MP Seeker parts that are from Wheel_Jack's custom, but I see it more as the company mass producing his custom. At any rate, I'm really excited about em

Thought I got a defective one until I found out everyone's had it.

Luckily I have a first issue Takara Skywarp so he's the only one out
of all my 7 seekers.

TC is very nice, but I still prefer Takara Skywarp. This is only because I love the black and purple color scheme.

 

Swapped chest-thrusters. Aka "Reverse boobs".

 

In case the pictures dont explain it enough... the air intakes on the chest have one side 'flatter' and one side more angled. The flatter side should be on the inside, so that it sits next to the cockpit in robot mode. Thundercracker has them the other way around, which you notice when someone points it out to you.

There is something about this design that means that people just keep buying several of them. I have every version of it (including both the Hasbro and Takara white Starscream versions) and two or three of most versions (and four Hasbro Skywarps as it was so damn cheap over here... it still is).

 

I still don't own this mold at all.


I've seen MP Skywarp in Canada up here, and i still didn't buy it. Mostly because that's $60 Cdn. I'l get the MP Seeker mold one way or another. Why must they release MP molds now as exclusives?

Besides i'm concentrating on getting MP Grimlock this year.

Those look just like the Takara decals that came with MP Skywarp so I'd imagine they're the ones that came with Takara MP TC.
