Starscream without a doubt. Charlie Adler just rocks that role.

And of course Megs and Ironhide coming second.

I love Soundwave. His first scene in ROTF, the quiet atmosphere of space as he remains still, before that deep sound as his eyes light up, and his robotic growl rumbles: "Soundwave acknowledges."

Love it. I loved Optimus and Screamer as well.

Hugo Weaving made a very menacing Megatron. It's a shame that the movies didn't do Megatron justice.

Ironhide's somewhere-between-american-and-english-accent wins it for me.

Where's Mark Ryan's Jetfire, Tony Todd's The Fallen, Leonard Nimoy's Sentinel Prime, Francesco Quinn's Mirage, Grey Delisle's Arcee and her sisters, etc.

Damn, you missed a lot but out of that list I choose Ironhide.

Tom Kenny as Wheelie and Reno Wilson as Brains.

Put Bill Faggerbakke in their and we got ourselves a great trio.

Movie Barricade, but ONLY in the video games.

I'd go gay for Keith David's voice.

I liked Optimus because he sounded cool, Ironhide because he was unique and badass, and Megatron because he sounded the most menacing and least wheezy out of all his incarnations.
