I agree with Unicron Jr The Old Autobot I like is Vector Prime, not only was he wise, also an fighter and also one of the original 13 Transformers, he would lecture the other Autobots and that sword he carries can warp not only time, but space as well but he found that over use of the sword revert everything "you could turn a corner and find your self disco dancing in the
70's" according to Jolt

 

My favourite is probably G1 Kup or Vector Prime.

 

I'd count Trailbreaker as an old-timer from G1 as well. Him and Ironhide made a cool pair, in contrast to the young sports-car whipper-snappers.  

 

I agree as well, I mean the bot sword can do a lot, and he help Prime defeat Galvatron by giving him his sword the bot is awesome.

 

G1 and movie Ironhide, definatly the best senior Autobot!

Bayformers Jetfire. Why? Because he's funny, heroic, he killed Mixmaster and Scorponok, despite his old age, he's a total hardass, he has rust in his arse, he tells a killer story that's both crucial to the plot and entertaining at the same time, and he has a Scottish accent. Yay Scottish accents! :3
