Movie Prime is the better fighter, namely because he's got a heck of a lot more firepower and sharp weapondry than Ani. Prime.

And if we're including their "super" modes (Wingblade Prime who can fly and has the magnus hammer, and Power Up Movie Optimus, who can fly and do a whole bunch of stuff with SR-71 parts in combat), Movie Prime is even more of a sure-fire winner.

 

Animated. His opponents weren't made out of tin-foil and were superior fighters with better weapons.

Animated was also the better leader, let's face it, ROTF Prime managed to lose Cybertron, most of his forces, and no one seemed to genuinely care for him.

Better leader: Edge goes to Animated Prime. He took a team of misfits and turned 'em into badasses.

Hard call, but I've honestly seen enough of Movie Prime's skills to call him a fantastic fighter, perhaps the best of the Optimuses.

In leading however, it's a close edge, but there's more proof of Animated Prime's superior leading skills. As already mentioned the movie Autobots don't show enough in-group interaction or co-operation to give me any indication of movie Prime's skills.

If anything, at least he's respected, but in general, the movie Autobots are just...there. I haven't really seen him calling the shots as often as any other Optimus out there (G1 for example). For instance, at both climatic battles at Mission City and Egypt, Ironhide/Ratchet or even the humans gave orders and Prime was mostly just unavailable. This does not mean he isn't a good leader, far from it, but given the amount of "screentime" for their leadership decisions, Animated Prime has proportionally far more.

 

Animated Prime on both Accounts. Movie prime is the best "Killer" or most "Evil" of all the primes.

 

Whichever one can rip the faces off of enemies.

but with his still having that compasionate good to his being and a bit of dcau's harvey dent two face to him as well

Animated Optimus can outsmart Mr. Facetaker. Plus, he's got an aerial advantage.
Plus, he can always borrow the Cybertronian version of Mjolnier (sp?).
