Ironhide is second in command and then it's Sideswipe, he gave mirage/ dino orders when the dreads chased them and seemed a capable warrior and also attacked sentinel with no fear in dotm, he gave humans orders from the start of his intro in rotf and communicated loudly in Egypt.

 

Actually I (and I'm sure everyone else but you) can swear that it was Sideswipe. Robert Foxworth doesn't have a voice like he's at his 40's like James Remar.

 

I'm talking about ROTF. In a scene where Sideswipe wasn't even present.

Sideswipe is there too, that's why I asked, and yes the timing was terrible. And I think there was a thread where someguy with a good ear was writing all Autobot dialouge from ROTF... Ah, there it is.

The "Autobots, attack!" line was definitely made by Sideswipe. I'm rewinding and watching it right now, Ratchet isn't even done transforming when Sideswipe calls it out. And it doesn't even sound like Ratchet.

 

I am NOT talking about that line, Damn'it.

 

Ironhide is still seccond in command after DOTM. He's like the the Chuck Norris of Transformers; just because Ironhide got turned into a puddle doesn't mean he can't still kick your ass!

 

He already leads the Wreckers, I think working as Wrecker-leader AND Optimus' right-hand-man would be too much for him.

Woah man Overlord Balder you need to calm down, everytime this topic is discussed you won't let people give out their opinions if it is about Sideswipe being second-in-command. Why don't we just make a poll ?

 

Poll doesn't mean anything, it just means that's who the people think is/prefer to be second in command.

Either way it's Sideswipe, and Roadbuster leads the Wreckers (highest rank stat).

Actually i always considered the fact that Ratchet follows Prime everywhere is because that he is Prime's oldest friend here on Earth and his most trusted one.

 

I don't see any of the Wreckers being leader, as they don't portray the necessary qualities. BB is too young. I don't know enough about Mirage. Wheeljack died. So that leaves Ratchet and Sideswipe. Ratchet seems wiser, but Sideswipe was basically third on the list of baddass Autobots, behind Optimus and Ironhide. So...

 

What do you mean by "Ratchet follows Prime everywhere?" All the Autobots do. He went with him on the moon because Sentinel might have been injured.

 

In the Chicago battle, Ratchet followed Prime closer than the other Autobots. Or maybe it was just me.
