I've recently discovered my uncles use to have the complete trio of G1 Seekers. I want to follow, but I'd like to know who'd be more expensive; Starscream, Skywarp, or Thundercracker.

Starscream, purely because he's a big character.

Starscream due to having the highest demand.

Well, now I know not to go for Starscream.

I'm surprised Thundercracker is going for cheap on eBay. I saw a reissue for 12.00 with 10.00 shipping. Not bad for a G1 reissue.

Seeing as SS was the most popular in the G1 cartoon I would think he'd be the most sought after.

Funnily enough I can't seem to find a Thundercracker for a decent price over here but Starscream and Skywarp go for much less. Never owned any iteration of TC :(

I realize that. Simply relating your comment and the OP's thread to my predicament.

Starscream, beyond a shadow of a doubt. I've seen his Universe toy go for 75 dollars at Anime Expo.

In terms of quantity, Starscream was the most available- 3 years. Thundercracker was available for 2 but evidently didn't sell well because Hasbro tried to sell him mail order for a long time with Robot Points. Skywarp was also 2 years. Thrust, Ramjet, Dirge were also around for 2 years.

In terms of popularity, Starscream by far. Interest= demand, demand can override quantity issues... usually.
