Watch this video , look right after when Starscream jumps in behind them in the left hand top corner on of the F22s dissapear. I don't know if anyone else has seen it but I thought it would have been an interesting debate.

Well yeah, he turns away, but we can't jump to any conclusions.

it was either he was starting a formation or something, or getting the hell out of there, which I assume a few people would have done

No, you see him pull to the left off screen. He didn't teleport.

Hell, I would have done the same thing.

Also, did they not notice the one F-22 that didn't fly in formation and didn't have sabot rounds on the wings?

well, the F-22 is a stealth jet first and foremost, so all armaments are stowed internally and are only visible when the doors on the underside open up to fire.

I'm not sure I understand. Is the debate supposed to be about whether the guy rolled out to circle around and attack Starscream or whether he did it to run away from Starscream?

Yeah, he totally just pulls off to the left. My question is why? I can't remember exactly, but SS hadn't attacked any of them yet, right? so why is he buggin out for no aparent reason:confused:

And in the next shot just after the one of the pilot looking around a second jet peels off.

I know that, but watch the clip, they all have been quick-fitted with extra sabot rounds, you can see them right under the wings! Starscream, not being a real jet, would have never got fitted and never had them on his wings.

If he emulates the physical characteristics exactly then there is no reason he couldnt emulate those as well, while not being active it would be like a hood ornament, rocker panels, custom rims, ariels, spoilers etc on any vehical mode.

I remember the thread a while back about Starscream being part of the group that blasted Megatron, but I don't think he was at all. It's probably been talked about as well though

Its funny when I looked at the title of this thread, I thought it said "Found some interesting infromation on the Starscream F-22 Raptors" and immediately began to think it was a spec-thread, full of wholesome information about the ins and outs of an F-22's mechanics. Then I did a double take and read the post. Hehehe, poor Starscream; He's a vicitm of framing and vanishing from sight!

They quick fitted all the jets with the sabot rounds before Starscream left the base to go to the dam looking for the Allspark. So he should have the sabot rounds as well.

Yes, but he would've lost them when he transformed, since they're not a part of his body, unless he scanned them.

Or they would've been stowed in his body, specifically his arms so he could fire them out of his gunbarrel hands...like he did. Just b/c a standard F-22 doesn't have certain armaments, doesn't mean the one he scanned didn't.

well, I know what you mean but thats not 100% accurate. It still has designated hard points on the wings that external armaments can be added to
