I saw ROTF last night, and under the voice acting credits for the bots, Kevin Michael Richardson was credited as "Prime #2" and "Skipjack".

"Skipjack" is the only name I didn't recognise. Anybody have any idea if it's one of the Decepticons or what? The only thing I could think of is that it could've been
the razor-thin bot that is made up of the nanites which Ravage spits up
. But I don't think that character had a line, so I'm really not sure.

Also I counted after the film; there were WAY more than 42 bots, even if you don't count the repaints (and even if you list the three Arcee bikes as one character).

Well, it's obviously the tuna TF we see right at the beginning, along with Bluefin and Yellowfin...

He gets canned later in the movie...

Well, Skipjack is also a type of fishing boat, a submarine and a block cipher. Any of those make any sense in regards to the movie?

Well, I think at least one of the kitchen appliances did talk (in a Frenzy kinda way). So probably.

So we have Skipjack, Ejector... wonder if the other kitchenbots were named. Hope we get some concept art galleries that confirm all of this.

I was just going to ask this question. Glad I found this thread first.

    Who the heck is Skipjack?

Was he maybe one of the old Transformers from the flashback? Or maybe he was the Decepticon who was sacrificed to resurrect Megatron at the bottom of the ocean?

Or maybe he's a human and not a Transformer.

Anyone have any further clarification on this?

Yeah I'm Pretty Sure It's The One That Is Sacrificed To Revive Megatron, That Bot Did Say Something Before Getting Torn Apart. I Think It Was

From what I gather, you might be right. Skipjack seems to be either a kitchen bot, or the sacrificed Decepticon.

The credits also list Demolishor's name as Wheelbot - now there's a mistake! - and they say Welker voiced a third character, Reedman, which I'm fairly sure is the reed-thin nanite bot from inside Ravage.

Lol, the theater I was in all began laughing when during the credits I yelled "SKIPJACK?! WHO THE FUCK IS SKIPJACK?!".

I think the sacrificed bot was Overload, but I'm not sure.

Nah, Overload is red, the sacrificed one was a little yellow excavator who we haven't seen in toy form.

Couldn't that be the white Volvo backhoe decepticon seen in the freighter before they go down?

In the ship were a yellow one beside Mixmaster. both about the same length.
Beside Long Haul is a Red that is 1/2 as long as Long Haul. The Yellow, Mixmaster, and Red are about the same size.
There is a yellow vehicle with wheels shown in front of the yellow excavator and Mixmaster but it does not seem to be a constructicon.
Long Haul and the Red one are parked beside them and not in front of them.
Closeup of the Yellow reveals it is a yellow volvo excavator with red arm with black claw at the end. Volvo is written on the side of the red arm.
Robot modes at the ocean reveals Rampage is there with his twin whips, so the Red one is probably Rampage.
My guess is the yellow volvo excavator was the one sacrificed since we never see the guy again. It looks like a smaller version of Scavenger. Scavenger has only one large scoop. The volvo excavator has a pair of black claw like scoops that close like pliers.
