Can't really remember Beast wars, watched it as a kid but I prefer G1...I would have to say.........none lol possibly Megatron
Silverbolt... I just loved the way bird dog would go all super honor bound on everyone. Dinobot was my second favorite as he was also a very honorable character, but in a different sort of way. And his death was fantastically handled.
Beast Wars had so many good characters, but I'm going with Megatron. And I didn't say that to David Kaye at Botcon just because I was getting his autograph, Megatron really is my favorite. He was probably the first clever, intelligent, charismatic villain who actually won from time to time that I'd ever seen in a North American cartoon. And to me, villains like Megatron from the early-to-mid 90s are pretty damn groundbreaking for American animation since the 80s (and still the 90s) were loaded with "I'll get you next time!" villains. Practically everybody else is close behind.
Eh, BW wasnt my favorite but they had some interesting charachters, probably Tarantulas would be my favorite.
Dinobot and Megatron all the way. If they did a prequel series (never read the Botcon comic or IDW), I bet those 2 characters would have a very interesting history together.
So hard to choose from. I can't really pick out of Megatron, Tarantulus, Rampage, Depth Charge and Rattrap.
