he is hunched over. when your in the middle of a fire fight you dont causually walk straight up to the enemy, you try to creep up on them. look harder and youll see they are they same bot.

I second that. The bots have totally different design. The little guy can't be the Sideways clone simply due to his small size.

yes it does. you said he doesnt have the wings on his back. and i said he does but they just arent where they were originally because he is hunched over.

its actually barricade. hes the same size. same hands. practically the same face...

 

Watch the gif moving. There aren't any of those. you would see them even if he was slightly hunched if he was Sideways.

 

If you have wings on your back, connected to your shoulders, and you crouch down, the wings are going to stick up even higher. It's not Sideways.

 

He has the exact same back as Sideways. You can see the red tail-lights clear as day amidst all that gray.

Thats not the point. Judging by how big it is compared to optimus, that sideways clone is about a little smaller then starscream. Who is twice the size of the robot in question.
