I have been thinking about all the decepticons caught by lockdown. I think they were let them selves be caught. think about it. They are now on the autobots ship. if they get out they can do a lot of damage. what if they made a deal with lockdown to get their gear back. what are your thoughts.
I would think that if you really read into the subtext, you'd know that it was all about the upgrades...thing is lockdown was also getting doublecrossed, as Ramjet "promised" more energon and upgrades....and we all know he's the pathalogical liar.
It's what I suspected as the episode unfolded, and why I initially didn't suspect Lockdown. I was thinking Shockwave was behind it in a plot to get the cons back to Cybertron. By the end, I felt that theory was less likely, though I fully expect it to work out conveniently for when they do get back to Cybertron. Something will go wrong, or someone will screw up(cue Sentinel). It's possible the communication may have been intercepted by other Decepticons. One way or another I expect them to escape.
Lockdown might've had speacial mods that disabled the 'cons, as he is sorta more conish himself. But maybe he did make a deal with the 'cons, so he's getting double the pay. Especially from Ramjet >:3 I voted they didn't plan it though, but they'll make it work. Clever Decepticons >{3 are always rewarded
Its clearly all a ploy to get onto cybertron. Sentinal is goingto get his ass kicked for the mouth gags though
The female Starscream isn't there. From what I can tell she's the smartest Decepticon of the lot. She's probably planned all of this.
I think they'll escape, but I don't think their capture was intentional. Most of these cons, from the looks of it, had been dispersed/seperated after the events at the mine, and likely weren't able to communicate with one another to formulate such a plan, on top of other factors (Lugnut being too devout to GLORIOUS MEGATRON to let himself be captured or let some one else tell him to, Swindle being stuck in vehicle mode- unable to do anything, and Blitzwing's personalities would probably not agree on such a plan) I think if the Cons were desperate enough for the ship, they would have just attacked it once they knew where it was- and to imprison so many of their own to find out its location would be a stupid idea (which is why I dismissed it)
Well Ramjet was the one who carried Lugnut at the end of Three's a Crowd. Perhaps it was planned out by Ramjet to sell them out to Lockdown for upgrades and energon? And then Lockdown lies to sentinel saying he's captured them and will give them to him at a price of more mods! So Lockdown's really making the most bling here... Maybe the mods he takes from the cons are for Lockdown to keep, but Ramjet of course has to be paid somehow.....I'm trying to figure out how this works >.< Or Ramjet told them where the were to hunt them down? Either way, very possible.
That's what I think. Ramjet may be a clever liar, but he seems to be more of a follower type than one to plan an operation on his own. --Moony
Maybe they'll pull a Joker and set off an explosion. Since Lugnuts explosives are still on the ship, maybe its been rigged to blow up on its own. ... That or one of the Decepticons has a bomb planted inside of him.
I think that at the end of Predacons Rising, as Sentinel, Jazz and the Jet Twins are getting ready to leave there will be a big explosion. It is revealed that Shescream busted the other Decepticons out.
After "Human Error," the next episode is "Decepticon Air". DeceptiCON AIR. After the film about a plane o' criminals. They are totally 'jacking that ship on the return flight.
I think some were caught on purpose and some not... like Ramjet... As for Susan, she's just the smartest of the Starscream's... either that or she was destroyed by Omega in "A Bridge Too Close Pt. 2"
Lugnut surely did not let himself capture on purpose by Lockdown. Lugnut hates him with a passion for not being a loyal worshipper of Megatron. And I doubt the rest did either.
