    The bike sisters are Autobots and they were in the movie. So yes, they do count.

    Okay... being short and being small are not mutually exclusive. Wheelie and Brains are the shortest in height and the smallest in size. If you don't want to include them, that's perfectly fine. Just don't say that something cannot be the both the smallest and the shortest. That's absurd.

    Not really. Wheelie+Brains < Bike Sisters < Skids+Mudflap < Jazz < Bumblebee + Wheeljack

    ... or maybe we're just thinking outside of the box, perhaps by going by their alt modes instead of their robot modes?

    The Twins i think Brains and Wheelie r not count because they r meant to be small

    This, that's one of the reasons I voted for Jazz. The other reason being I don't want to remember that The Twins exist.

    I believe that Jazz was 14 feet, and the twins were 12... so imma go with the twins.

    There is some episode in ROTF (in the scene beside the Tomb of Primes) when Bumblebee takes the Twins by the collars and throws out of the tomb. Then you can see that they are about two times shorter then Bumblebee. And his growth is about 5 meters. So, the Twins are really short!
