For me, Animated Wreck-gar without a doubt, I can't stand him.
The only other character on that list I find even remotely annoying is Miko, she is usually fine though.

Worst of all is Beast Machines Nightscream imo. Also animated Bumblebee is grating.

I havn't seen more than a handfull of episodes of the Unicron trilogy (yet) so I can't comment on Snowcat, kicker and whatever other characters people usually can't stand from those shows.
I never got past more than a few episodes, someday I'll watch them all.. maybe.

Night scream, followed by Skids and Mudflap. Wheelie shouldn't be on the list. Anyone who kills a Sweep by shooting him in the face is cool in my book.

Seaspray is missing ,I wanted to vote him so much for his voice.

Of these ones Huffer,he's too irritating for his pessimism and complaints about everything.

 

Blurr wasn't annoying, he was gimmicky and played off John Moschitta's actual Speed-speaking talent, sure, but I didn't find him annoying.

Huffer is the Transformers version of Grumpy from snow white and the seven dwarves, though I can see how that might get annoying after a bit.

Wheelie Rhymed quite a bit. I thought the sing-song rhyming in the '86 film was novel, but since he didn't retain it in Season 3, it did kind of annoy the crap out of me.

Skids and Mudflap, the wiggerbot twins. I can see how they were annoying.

Animated Wreck-Gar is what happens when Wierd Al is turned into a Deus Ex Machina Garbage Truck and happens to be able to transform. I don't really find that so much annoying as I do incredibly hilarious.

Miko? She was annoying until reality gave her a good swift kick in the ass when bulkhead was taken out of action.

Overall, though, I think Sam Witwicky is more annoying than any of these

Huffer's Grouchy, Blurr's Gimmicky, Wheelie was quirky, The Wiggers were just stupid, Wreck-Gar was absolutely hilarious, and Miko got on my nerves until an autobot got taken down.
Sam Witwicky beats them all.

of the ones listed- i picked blurr. i just find him annoying- goes overboard with what he says b/c he can speak so fast.

 

For me its Sari, hands down.

Matt Hill is such an annoying voice actor and went overboard as Ironhide.

Also Armada Carlos, ROTF Leo, Professor Princess, Agent Simmons, BW Quickstrike, Rattrap, G1 Wheeljack, G1 Perceptor (I work with knowall scientists, it gets annoying), G1 toon Galvatron, Primacron, Kremzeek, Headmasters Daniel (I don't mind the American version), Alpha Trion (overused cliche and robots with beards not called Scourge, Unicron or Sentinel Prime look silly), Energon Jetfire or any TF with an accent

 

But... but Cybertron Crosswise is just so cool.

So he's a heavily armed SUV.... Why the hell does he sound like he just huffed half a can of lysol whenever he opens his damn mouth?

 

My main question is how R2B2 isn't on it.

 

I'm surprised that only six people hate Miko.
