He may be a dork, but he's still one of the best looking gestalts with some of the coolest individual members in all of G1.

I would totally go for a Classics Computron. That was the only cominber I had as a kid (though I didn't get Nosecone till 2000 or so). And I really need to start buying the comics, some of the artwork is just awesome.

Yeah, I recognized Strafe right away. Growing up, he was one of two combiners I had, the other was Menasor.

Even by Today's standards, Scattershot is a great figure, and a solid torso for Computron. I especially liked the arm sockets having gun turret plugs, in addition to all his other neat features.

The other members... well, they're in pretty dire need of updating.

If I can't get a classics Cosmos, a classics Computron would be a fantastic consolidating prize.

I had four combiners, and Computron was my favorite. I realized that was Strafe immediately. A classics version of him would kick @$$.

One thing I found cool about the Technobots (besides their alternate modes) was the "uniform" colour schemes (along with the Predacons and Seacons) as compared to other combiners like Mensor and Bruticus who had multi-coloured limbs.

    Devastator started that though.

Slightly off topic, has it been confirmed that Jetfire has the visor option? I thought it was great you could choose between cartoon and toy looks.

Computron stepped on my brotheranlaw and attacked my sisteranlaw!

I'd assume that the Technobots would probably be preeeeetty far down the list in terms of "homages/tributes" for G1 characters. It'd be neat, but honestly, wouldn't you rather see a homage/tribute to someone more recognizable first, like, say, Springer or Galvatron or Trailbreaker?

Yeah and the best looking has got to be Predaking, combined and individually. ;)

I would kill for a new Afterburner. The original was one of my favorite G1 toys, and an update would be greatly welcomed.

And the most overrated! oooOOOooo burn!

J.k man I agree Predaking is definitely the coolest looking of the combiners.

On topic, I'd love to see new mold combiners in Classics. All of them. I'd also like to own Rhode Island. And I'd like a sammich. I guess we'll see which wish gets fulfilled first.

I definitely wouldn't turn down Classics Technobots or Strafe, but if Cosmos is deemed too obscure, well, Technobots are for damn sure.

    Basically, what opswasatruck said~

You all know that though, it's not like I'm making some profound point.

Anyway, Predaking yay, blah blah yes, but Computron is definitely my favorite G1 combiner, well, the toy is at least.

If you're talking about the helmet option, yes it has been confirmed. Many times for that matter. The helmet is the Jetfire head, and the head under the helmet is supposed to be a Skyfire like head. I personally prefer the helmeted head over the non-helmeted head. It not only looks cool, but in my opinion, the Skyfire head is too small for the rest of the body, while with the helmet on him, it looks good. Peace out.
