    A: What does being a warrior have to do with anything?

    B: They're both smart, but one's a doctor and the others an inventor, you can't really compare the two.

    Perceptor is the only autobot to won an award from the human, not sure from which episode (maybe Cosmic Rust?) for his scientific work I think. He got my vote because:
    1. His function is a scientist.
    2. The main different between him and Wheeljack is that Perceptor know what's work and what's not before making it. Wheeljack had to explore and test his machine first before he can say whether it's a failure or successful. For that reason, Wheeljack work is risky and dangerous as he's usually blown stuffs up.
    3. The only Autobot to pronounce Prime death...LOL.
