I know about ams, DJ Soundwave and miasboytoy...
Also know about SQ7 being close too.
But I'd like to know about others...

    Please specify if you completed:
    -American releases
    -Japanese exclusives
    -European exclusives

Does anyone really truly WANT a complete G1 collection? Just kidding! *Runs!*

In all seriousness, most of us probably HAD a complete or near-complete G1 collection. I had to be close. The only toys I don't remember owning personally were Hot Rod and Piranacon.

I didn't know Superquad7 was close to a complete collection...I know he's been buying the stuff up like candy though. I'll have to hit him up!

Just post at what level of completion your collection is...
    Is that better?

I'm nearly there, at least the US releases and most of the Japanese mainline exclusives. A couple more Splashdown parts, Gutcruncher and Grandus and I'm set! :D

I have very few 1988 or later bots, so probably at 50%, although I do have tons of duplicates on my other bots.

BTW you should check out myclone, that mini-trypticon is really nice.

Sadly, sold my G1 many years back. But even then, it wasn't close to being complete

I'm complete other than a couple South American pieces :)  But my US, UK and Japanese sets are all 100% through G2 for the actual released toys (and a few unreleased :p  )

Lucky Draws cured me of completism :p

Other than a few G1 Micomasters, I think mine is complete. Of course, I don't have all the accessories to all of them. I am only counting the US retail releases (although I do have the Omnibots & Powerdashers). I really should get them all out and recatalog them to be sure what I need.

The only thing I'm missing from the US G1 run are the mini spies that came packed with the minibots. Other than that it's just getting the rest of the combiner giftsets, which I'm not sure really counts as I have all the combiners loose already.

yeah , if you got all the Combiners already , then the Giftsets/Boxes are just addition add ons ..LOL so if all you are missing are a few mini spies , then you're just about there . Nice .
