    Hey all,

Remember the Millions of Unusual Small Creatures Lurking Everywhere? Those undeniable 2" monochromatic PVC figures from the '80's that came in a multitude of colors...lime green, purple, red, flesh-tone, etc? If you grew up in the '80's as I did, you absolutely have to!

Anyhow, with some of the new toy lines such as Jakks Pacific's SLUG Zombies and The Trash Pack from Moose Toys sorta harkening back to this line, it's got me reminiscing about and longing for the "muscles" I used to have. Unfortunately the ones I personally owned are all gone (as are the rest of my childhood toys), but I wanted to ask if anyone here still has some? If so, and pardon the outright solicitation, would you be interested in swinging a deal with me for them? If you are, take a look at my B/S/T linked in my signature below and shoot me a pm! I have plenty of desirable items to offer forth in trade.

For those who need a visual refresher, here's a link showcasing a few of the literally hundreds that were released back in the day...

Thanks for reading and take care!

Back in the day, myself and a friend had tons of these little guys. They were so addicting to collect and trade.I've been racking my brain trying to think of whatever happened to the ones I had,but I can't remember what I ever did with them.

Yeah I had tons of these things myself but my father threw all of them away (along with some TFs) while cleaning up the porch where I'd left them.:(

I just remember the pink ones that came in small garbage cans. I had a friend who had some. I wasn't too into em. I remember I liked one brick wall looking guy.

Yeah, I still have quite a few. I forgot where I put them up, though.

Oh yeah, I'd have battles right there that would last for hours.

One day I didn't pick them up and the next time I went to play with them they were all gone.:cry

I don't have any of them anymore either, but I remember buying those little trash cans full of 'em @ Sears back in the day. I hated the non-pink ones. I always looked at them as if they were inferior. Lord, I didn't realize I was a racist M.U.S.C.L.E. collector!

Ha! Although I don't share your potent disdain for pigmented M.U.S.C.L.E.'s, I do rather prefer the classic pink ones. But yeah, I remember buying the trash can containers of them too! The good ole days...

Incidentally, I once bought a baggie full of the Ultimate Muscle versions. They're almost exactly the same. The only difference is their heads are slightly bigger. The most interesting thing were the two part finishing move figures. You got two figures, one of the person doing the move, and one of the guy he's doing it to. You put them together and you get something neat. I have the best one too. Kid Muscle doing the Kinniku Buster.

When I was visiting my parents a few years ago, I dragged these out of their attic and took a picture:

    Unfortunately, they're in Hawaii and I am...not.

That's a shame because I'd be willing to take those off your hands either via trade or outright purchase. Bummer yo!

I had a few but mostly color ones. By the time the colored ones came out the prices went down and the popularity was wavering (cuties and several other similar toys started appearing and watering the market down I think) and the fleshtones were harder to get. I got the big 20 pack and several cans. Over the years they vanished.

I wish they would get reissued. People selling them used for crazy pries.

I have a display box of M.U.S.C.L.E I found it in a charity shop for a few pounds. Will post picture when I remember, its one of my favourite items.

I really like the bear guy who looks like he's surprised and wants a hug and the washing machine robot. So creative :)

Does anybody have any experience / knowledge with older M.U.S.C.L.E. figures? I was going through a box of old toys from when I was a kid, and recently sold off a lot of M.U.S.C.L.E. figures...but then stumbled upon these three figures.

The orange figure in the background is your traditional M.U.S.C.L.E. figure. The two in the front are half-size, if not smaller, and seem to be made of a glow-in-the-dark type of material.

I was hoping to sell these, but not sure if they are real figures, or if they are knock-offs, or what.
