While I don't think I'll be able to afford each wave all at the same time, I do plan on being a completionist with it. I'm hoping that they don't end up having store exclusives. Specifically Walmart exclusives, as, well, I don't shop at Walmart anymore (I'm fin with Target one's though). I will have an exception to my completionisth rules for Animated, and that's if they make a Botcon set using Animated figures. I won't force myself to get it, but, if I can I will, and if I can't, I won't feel bad about it. Also, I'm kinda glad we'll have a nice 6 month wait for it to hit us. That way I can save up for when it does, and I might be able to buy the first wave all at one time.

I only get my favorite characters and I never like everybody so... probably not.
I already know I'm not getting Prowl or Blackarachnia!

I'll probably be getting most of the line, but definitely not all of the line. I can already tell you that I'm going to be skipping Deluxe Optimus because Voyager Optimus is just much more awesome... and his face plate can hide those hideous blue lips...

I normally just buy figures that I like and avoid repaints. But for once, I think I will have to be a completist for this line. It's such a shock for me cause I;m only trying to be a completist for G1.

I'm buying a few because of character association and that's it. Animated is almost like Hasbro trying to make up for all the Movie stuff not being kiddy enough.

I'll post why I'm so anti-Animated one of these days, but for now, I'll just bitch about it.

    My list as of now:
Starscream (will decide in store. Can't stand Jay Leno chin, but might get it if colors are good), Lockdown (for the pirate bot collection), BB (because it's BB. If it wasn't BB I'd pass. The toy looks horrible), Soundwave (because it's Soundwave. And I want to make a Ratbat keytar.), the rest (if any) will be decided as stuff is shown. No Prime, No Megs for this line.

Well since being pretty much completist with classics... (whoo! devestator.)

I only skipped on a few figures from the movie line.(arcee, voyager megatron) But I feel comfortable having bought all the figures I liked and will try and get every figure in allspark power and classics universe.

animated is going to be a picky line for me, the show will rock, but It's going to be more entertainment and not toy porn like last 4 series were.

So when I see figures that will look good on my shelf on store shelves I will buy a few. Though I may be a little tight on cash after buying classics universe. (though I think I can clear space for animated if I want to. That's always a good sign. )

I'll be getting all the Cons from the Animated and hope my brother gets the Bots. I am however getting Grimlock, Slag, and Hot Rod for sure.

So far none of them hold any interest to me. So whatever figures I might I buy from the line will be on an individual basis.

I'm never a completist, and this will be no exception. I will say that I haven't seen anything so far that just says "don't buy me", and as of now, Bulkhead isn't looking all that spectacular but by no means bad (judging not from the ebay auction shots but of the earlier prototypes Hasbro showed).

I'll be pretty selective I think. So far only really Prowl, Bumblebee, Lockdown and Blackarachnia have gotten my interest. I'll probably pick up a Prime and Megs for the sake of it.

I'm looking forward to not spending some money for a while and preparing to get Classics 2.0 by the wave.
