man this is killing me, all this constant movie news and its all toys!! which are cool n all, but still they're only any good for getting a vague idea of what things actually look like.

the ratchet / prime old concept art and the prequel cover are cool, i cant wait to see some more artwork.. like a proper concept design for ironhide or the decepticons..

or even better, some finished shots from the movie itself, there must be a fair old load of finished CGI work done over at ILM, I guess they must be fairly leak-proof though!

    anyone else feeling my pain?

not I. I'm tired of looking at these designs, but they are and will be popping up all over the internet until the movie comes out. Guess we just have to live with it.

    Quite the opposite for me.

I absolutely love alot of the toys, but I can't stand most of the actual movie designs. I'm looking forward to the toyline, but I may end up skipping the movie until it hits DVD.

We'll just wait for the next trailer to divulge more stuff...

Right now our best bet is looking at the toys.

    I'm still excited!

Eh, I see your point, but I would actually rather see more pictures of the toys than nothing. Peace out.

They're probably clamping down on the leaks the closer it gets to the premiere.

... and then a week or so before the premiere, some European site will leak some super spoilerific screen-caps.

But what have we really seen of the actual movie designs? The only reliable source of information on what they will actually look like in the final cut of the movie is the trailer, which doesn't exactly give much away!

Everything else is a good as concept art, and if that early Prime concept is to be believed, things have come quite a long way.

Just a side note, but I personally don't refer to Transformers as "toys". Action Figures, Collectables, etc. but not toys.

    Anyway, that's just me.

Well, for me all this toy news has distracted me through a long and cold January. So now we're a month closer to the movie. I could use another couple of months of constant toy news until I start getting antsy to see the movie again.

All the recent info has got me interested in getting back into serious TF toy collecting again; an aspect I've been absent from for nearly 20 years. Guess they must be doing something right.

I don't see why people would have a hangup with that either. If something is meant to be played with for fun and enjoyment, it's a toy. It may also be a figure, a collectible, etc., but it's still a toy, and there's no real reason to dance around the fact.

Dude... Action figures are TOYS sold in TOY departments and TOY stores. It's OK.

Repeat after me: "I am an adult who collects TOYS."

It's going to be allright, trust me.
