I ordered HA Skids online from Target.com last week. When I opened up the box I got from UPS today it was HA Sideswipe instead. Who else got screwed? Did anyone atually receive HA Skids?
in targets defense, the description only said HA not HA Skids. Just becuase they have a picture doesen't guarantee it. Also as other people have stated if you use the product number they have listed and went to amazon it rings up at Sideswipe.
Actually, the product number on the packing list that came in the box reads: 11209993 CHLD Transfr Haman Allnc Green Eco So I repeat.....Bastards!
*raises hand* Got him today. Opened him up and I got Sideswipe'D. Returned him at my local Target store and got my refund, minus the shipping. It ain't all bad. I ordered him off of Toysrus.com the other day. You guys should too, if he's still available.
i also received SS instead of skids. sucks. im returning him via mail. i'm getting my full refund. lol. the TRU one is 5 dollar more so im going to wait it out til its in stores.
That's being screwed? Not hardly, it's a simple mistake. The world is run by people... people aren't flawless, hence mistakes will happen. Send it back and get the right item. If they don't hook you up, then maybe you'll be "screwed".
you cant return and exchange item. its on their online policy. you return item, you receive your refund, you order again. lol you get sideswipe'd again. not really cause they are out of stock so i guess screwed works here!
ya put in the #'s for skids and sideswipe on amazon they are backwards skids comes up as sideswipe and sideswipe comes up as skids with a sideswipe pic.
That's really unacceptable. They sent the wrong product; you shouldn't have to eat ANY of the cost. I would've fought that pretty damned hard.
i ordered bruticus and got bruticus...maybe some order fulfilment person is keeping all the HA skids for scalper reasons and sending out the wrong TF????
Same thing happened to me. I plan on returning it tomorrow. I will try and fight for the shipping refunded too because while the product description was ambiguous they technically didn't ship what was shown. I will try bringing up the product description on my phone,which I am posting from now, and see if that helps, but some how I doubt it will. Have to love technology though.
I had hell with shipping for my Superion set, but I called them (twice it was returned to shipper with no notice), and the second time, I got $10 off and upgraded to next-day shipping for about $5... ended up paying just about retail for it. Was very annoying to have to do that (plus the wait), but that's the worst of it. If that's all I have to go through to get Bruticus, I'll be OK with it, since my nearest Target is an hour and a half away, but for something I can get somewhere else, I will NOT be using Target.com again. Though, admittedly, it's probably the fault of UPS.
Yeah after this whole incident I don't think I'll ever order online unless it's from eBay, BBTS, HTS, or Digital-Toys. Cant trust all these retail stores and they're inferior inventory systems.
