Your Opinion? Who should direct a Call OF Duty movie if one came out.

My opinion is Michael Bay hands down

Just pretend a random war movie of your choosing is Call of Duty, perhaps edit it to be out of order to ensure it makes no sense first.

What's the point? It's not like CoD has stellar characters, plots or anything that translates to a movie other than making a generic war film and sticking the name on it. Although, that's pretty accurate to what the franchise does with games, so if they did that it'd still be the most accurate videogame movie ever... ;)

Although if it was, they'd have to make it suitable for kids to make enough money back from the brand to be worthwhile, so it'd be GiJoe all over again.

why? I'd prefer not to have a generic war film to come out for absolutely no reason unless it's based on a real life event of a science fiction future event.

COD wouldn't work as a film, GOW on the other hand...

If they were crazy enough to do that, the only logical choice would be Bay

This is kinda like asking who should make the Super Mario Bros Movie into a video game?

CoD is already made to be like a popcorn action flick. With so many decent war movies out there, the need for such an undertaking is not there. The best thing is, you already have your choice of eras to find a movie that fits the bills. Not only that, you can find amazing movies depicting nearly any major military conflict in history.

No thanks. We have enough ww2 movies and modern war movies. I don't need a movie made after a game series that changed gaming then gave up.

really no one; COD, Brothers in Arms, Medal of Honor really were inspired by Saving Private Ryan so why go backwards?

Now that could actually be good. The world needs a good WWII-era zombie film that isn't 70s Italian-schlock like Zombie Lake.

No offense to Zombie Lake, though. :D
