    Optimus Prime. It was the first character of my life as a toy, however I had several other bots, but I have always been attached to it since my childhood and now I think that it needs to be updated.

    Let's see here, I'll try and stick to one "wave" of figures...

    Legends 2-packs:
    -T-AI vs Overkill- repaint of the Eject/Rewind mold and a new dino-cassette mold.
    -Brave vs Slugfest- repaint of the Eject/Rewind mold and a new dino-cassette mold.

    Deluxes:
    -X-Brawn- new mold, definitely an asymmetrical bot-mode.
    -Obsidian- new mold, able to combine legs together and still stand in bot-mode.
    -Crosswise- repaint of the Jazz variation of the new Generations Jazz/Sideswipe mold.
    -Skyfire- repaint/retool of the WfC/FoC Starscream mold.

    Voyagers:
    -Railracer- new mold, just one big bullet train-bot in a similar design to the old three. Add in a gimmick that can somehow utilize T-AI and Brave.
    -Sky-Byte- new mold, if the mechanical shark alt-mode wouldn't "sell", than some sort of weird submarine. Add in a gimmick that can somehow utilize Overkill and Slugfest.

    MP01, MP04, MP10, Classics Deluxe, Classics Voyager, Henkei Voyager, Hybrid-style, Generations WFC, Generations FOC, Reveal the Shield and the list goes on.
    Out of every character, Optimus is the one that needs it the least.

    I'd say a Blitzwing would be awesome, but unlikely. Animated Blotzwing is pretty perfect though, but does not belong with Classics.

    Ye, you missed probably the most reused mould, ROTF leader Prime. It is seeing another variant added to it's already long list...

    But that's a different character. The others can all be interpreted as the original Optimus assuming you consider them as the same Optimus.

    Snapdragon. The G1 mold is so awesome that for an update all it really needs is a little polish and more sophisticated articulation. Doesn't even need the Headmaster gimmick really as long as it can still be a triple-changer.

    Grimy might be getting a suitable replacement in FoC Grimlock.
