They should make a Starscream and Ironhide, and then redeco them. Starscream into the other Seekers and Ironhide into Ratchet (or vice-versa is Hasbro so chooses).

 

I could live with that.

Shockwave is the only unannounced figure that I want. Everyone else is bonus right now.

I figure Shockwave will get a figure as well as Jazz (though I hope we get Jazz in Earth Mode first) and maybe Zeta Prime (Store Exclusive maybe?)

 

This is a "Who do you think will get toys" not "zomg i want dis guy" thread.  

For financial sense that would mean who can be whored out for repaints, and that would mean Starscream and Ratchet. Both can easily be repainted/retooled into Skywarp/Thundercracker and Ironhide respectively. No one else has real repaint/retool value going by the characters in the game.

Preorder characters are exclusive to one mode, so no matter how popular they are with the fandom I doubt Hasbro would go ahead and make toys of Jazz or Shockwave since they don't play much of a role in the game. Unlockable characters like Arcee and Slipstream fall under this category too.

I can really only see main cast Transformers getting toys, and probably just two more molds since Generations isn't all about WFC. If you get Ironhide and Starscream, that will be it for the line outside store exclusives, since that's 5 more toys from just WFC there.

 

Sideswipe. I want a version of him with detachable swords.

 

Slipstream and Shockwave. We'll get them because Hasbro knows I'll go batshit crazy at them if they don't

 

I could see them doing Starscream for the repaint fodder. I'd personally love to see Trypticon in the Supreme class but I know that won't happen.

Other than that I actually hope that's all the WfC toys they decide to release.

 

I'm hoping that WFC becomes the new style of TF figures.
It won't, though.

I feel like a Shockwave might be made simply on the basis that he's the villain of TF3.

Then, budgeted parents will buy the cheaper Deluxe Shockwave, even though it's from a different line, instead of the more expensive Voyager or potential Leader. Know what I'm sayin?

Characters I'd like to see, however, are Breakdown, Ironhide w/ Ratchet retool, and all three Seekers, which are a given if they do a Starscream.

I'd be really surprised if we didn't see a WFC Starscream at some point.

 

I could see WfC as a store/online exclusive line.
Gamestop or Best Buy or some large chain could carry the figures.

i wouldn't mind paying $12.99 for a few of them if that happened.
i don't want all of them, just a few. Warpath, Shockwave (am warming up to soundwave lately) and Jetfire would be enough for me.

i don't ever see Omega or Trypticon in toy form, though. it just seems like something Hasbro wouldn't do (see: TFA Omega Supreme, kids.)

 

Will totally buy the shockwave toy.

 

I think that Starscream and Ratchet are likely additions, along with their inevitable repaints/retools eventually being made in some form. Prime, Bee, and Ratchet seem to be three of the major characters in the game, we're already getting two of them, so it's safe to guess the third will be made.

To a certain extent I think that Shockwave and Jazz are good possibilities too. What with Shockwave's involvement in the future of Transformers, and Hasbro mentioning wanting to bring Jazz back into the picture. We'll have to wait and see.

Cliffjumper is all but officially confirmed. I'll be surprised if we don't see, or at least hear about, him from Botcon.

I don't think we'll see too many more, but a couple more wouldn't be out of the question, and repaints re inevitable. Botcon should bring us some news about any additional WfC figures, and most likely some more non-WfC Generations figures. Only a couple more days...

I agree, that just seems like it would be a given. Especially since they can repaint it into the other Seekers.

As for anyone else, maybe Air Raid. That'd be pretty cool. Though if they did only one of the Autobot jets, it'd probably end up being Jetfire.
