As bagged exclusives. For the sake of this topic, we'll say only molds they haven't used before are applicable. Give character choices for the molds you decide upon if you want to.

Mine would be Energon Shockblast as SG Shockwave and Cybertron Evac as SG Galvatron.

    I'll take Foster's Galvatron then. :D

Seriously though, I think an SG Galvatron would bring closure to the SG Universe. In addition, I'd like to see Energon Bulkhead as Over-Run, just to fill out the Elite Guard a little more.

That would essentially be the 2007 TRU Exclusive repaint of Mudflap.

How about no Cybertron or Energon mold for Botcon?

Since we're getting SG Wheeljack (that mold has a molded Autobot symbol and is the color and mold of that Wheeljack) I'd love to get SG Galvatron, that's a great looking redesign for one of my favorite molds from Cybertron. That said, I'm still missing a Jhiaxus! I'm thinking Energon Jetfire for that one, not a favorite mold but it's about the best they could use.

However, I honestly think the remaining Botcon set should be purely G2 oriented, and I'm thinking blue Universe 2 Silverbolt with a remolded Hound for G2 Swindle, I need that useless red and purple camo. And for the Ravage included... Shattered Glass, cause SG Ravage is hysterical.

I think Powerglide would be a better base for Jhiaxus.

Cybertron Soundwave as G2 Dreadwing (it's a stealth fighter and not a stealth bomber, but close enough for me) and Energon Starscream (a Deluxe-type mold, I know) as G2 Smokescreen?

Slicer is just the name people stuck on it cause that's the color scheme, there was no paperwork or bio card with the one image of the toy we have that said the name, BUT Shattered Glass Wheeljack uses Slicer's colors and uses the Energon Downshift mold, and since there's a faction symbol they cant mold out (heads are easy to swap, changes to a piece like that cant be done) it would make sense to make it SG Wheeljack

I was going by how 2009 had two bagged Voyager exclusives. Unless they want to go with Animated which is unlikely, the only other options are to reuse molds they've recently used for previous years (possible but not preferable) or go with Energon and Cybertron. I'd like to think they wouldn't go with an Armada Voyager under any conditions. There are no other Voyagers they can use from Classics and Universe (Megatron is apparently off limits because he's a gun).

Who is an Ultra. Which has happened before (Botcon 2006 with Megatron) but he had to be packaged with a Scout which would have to happen again. Perhaps Rook?

Didn't Hasbro in fact say the only reason that TRU Mudflap wasn't called Erector was because they couldn't get the name. I seem to remember that. So movie 1 TRU Mudflap is as close as you'll get.

I was looking over what Voyager molds are still available, and there's only eight: Evac, Mudflap, Quickmix, Soundwave, Cliffjumper, Ironhide, Jetfire and Shockblast. Wow. If nothing else, I'd say the end of the AEC molds is fast approaching.

Sticking with the G2 theme, I wonder if they'd do Quickmix in orange as G2 Mixmaster. And for my second pick, I'd still like to see Space Case to complete the Decepticon Cyberjets, so probably the Soundwave mold would work best.

There's still one head remold unaccounted for, right?

Energon Ironhide and Jetfire should NOT be under consideration for use. They're both horrible. Your suggestions are good, though!
