TFTM Camshaft. The swindle repaint. Terrible bot mode. Terrible alt mode.
I can say i have been happy with Universe/classics but with rotf i am being much more picky cause of Crapshaft.

 

I've bought some toys I didn't really need/doubted about getting, but when there was a drought of great figures I'd pick them up anyway.

I don't really regret buying any, since they expand my collection, but they're not as cool as I hoped:

TFTM Camshaft (bad repaint of a pretty funny bot)
TFTM Evac (bad bad mold)
TFTM Longarm (don't really like the robot mode's height/feet)
TFTM Payload (pretty fun design, looked sweet in the comics, ruined by the gimmick and the short legs)
TFTM Deep Deser Brawl (already owned the regular leader, found this one cheap. Never really liked Brawl's design or transformation scheme)
Animated Activator Megatron
Animated Activator Optimus
ROTF Rampage

Anyway, like I said, I don't regret buying them, I'm just less fond of them.  

 

TFA Activators Lockdown. I should have passed on it. I gave it a bad review.

-RotF Armorhide. The gray plastic looks terrible in 'bot mode. Ugly figure.
-RotF deluxe Deluxe Sideswipe. I got HA Sideswipe too. Should have waited for the better looking kibble-tastuc version.
-RotF Breakaway. I actually bought this AFTER I bought Thrust. I thought Thrust was a pretty good figure. Breakaway is just ugly. Who'd a thought a color change and a different head sculpt could do so much.
-TRU reissue Perceptor and Insecticons. I shoulda just got originals off eBay. The price woulda been comparable if not cheaper.

This is just what I can think of off the top of my head.

 

Call me crazy but I am not to fond of the G1 Autobot Combiners.

Superion, Defensor and Computron suck. Glad I sold them 

 

Pretty much ant G1. I loved them when I was a kid but I bought a few recently and really regret it. Also armada leader prime

 

Felt disappointed in Animated Swindle. He would be one of my favorite Animated Decepticons if it weren't for the terrible quality control (arms suddenly falling off).  
As for Universe Galvatron, wtf was Hasbro thinking?

 

Wow. That's hard to believe.... I can't believe anyone feels that, only enginnering flaw I can see is the swords.

Figure I regret: Energon Rodimus.

 

ROTF Blazemaster. He was half price but I still feel ripped off.

 

Mostly the animated stuff. Ratchet falls over all the time, Optimus can't stand without doing the pelvic thrust, Megatron turned into nothing, and Wreck-Gar has week knees. Waspinator was just kind of meh.

At least Lugnut was okay, even if his cockpit has alignment issues.

I'd also say the vast majority of RiD I have, but those were gifts, so I can't say I regret them as I didn't ask for them nor paid for them.

As I've said many times, I took that fucker out with fireworks.

 

Gotta disagree with TFA Swindle. I haven't had any problems with him, however I agree about Galvatron. He barely stands on his own, and falls apart all the time.

 

movie deluxe skids, im not into buying multiples of same characters much, but now i want the HA skids.

Same goes for Starscream, i got the voyager from the first movie, and with the leader class coming out well i really want that one lol

I got ROTF Ravage and The Fallen as gifts and both have really terrible alt modes, if wasnt for the bad alt modes i would really like those 2 guys.

 

Beast Machines Thrust. I had both Tankor and Jetstorm, so I figured "why not finish out the Vehicon generals?" Ugh.

Armada Wheeljack. Unposable brick and too big for a Deluxe, too. Wind Sheer is his only redeeming quality.

 

Movie 1 Leader Megatron.

 

don't have a clue where thrusts toy-face came from.. utter randomness.

 

ROTF Jetfire. Piece. Of. Shit.

 

ROTF Twins ICT, man, the hood not closing in truck mode really pisses me off.
