I just picked up Tread Bolt today, and I love him.

Anyway, I regret picking up Movie 1 Leader Megatron.

I picked up Mixmaster this morning and promptly returned him. I know he has some fans, but I really didn't care for him.

Thankfully Ive always been pretty broke, so it keeps me from buying "just cuz" which means no regret!

    I only regret loosing accessories!

I hate to say it, but just about everything. I had a good idea what I was getting myself into from all of the reviews but getting him in hand I found the Transformation to be a pain (the arms and back pack and I readily admit I could have been doing it wrong). He looks decent in Robot mode, but I wanted to toss him out a window a few times changing him back.

The kibble was a bit much for me as well.

Maybe I just wasn't in the mood. I just didn't like him.

I'm usually really careful about making sure I will like a toy before I buy it, so I can't say I really regret too many of my purchases based on design. It's Hasbro's shitty god awful quality control that has me regretting my sometimes bad luck.

I'd have to say Skids and Mudflap. Not because of their characters per se, but because it's a pain in the rump roast to get them back into their vehicle forms.

Other than that I'd have to say the Special Edition Optimus Prime with "super crappy spinning punch action!". I thought he'd 1) be bigger than he was at the price I paid at HTS and 2) his alt mode wouldn't be as bad as the pictures showed. It is. Yuck.

Seconded, along with 07 Megatron and pretty much every other 07 movie figure. I can't get rid of these things fast enough, not fun at all. The only one I don't regret is Leader Brawl, that is an excellent toy.
