What do you do for a living, and which Transformers character (Autobot or Decepticon) would have the skills necessary to do your job or career?

I work in IT fixing computers, keeping servers up and running, as well as taking help desk calls.

I'm sure that Mainframe could do my job, but what other characters would fit?

Movie Starscream would make a nice librarian, wouldn't you think?

I would like to think so.

EDIT: Now that I think about it, Sky Byte could do that about as well as I do.

I am a Dentist so I would have to go with Ratchet/Hoist/Wheeljack since they seem to be the repair and maint. crew.

Either Wheeljack or Brainstorm since I'm a mechanical/biomechanical engineer.

Neat! So how's the Headmaster project coming? :D

I'm also a mechanical engineer, so I'd pick Wheeljack, as well. Of course, I haven't made anything fail explosively yet. :)

Newguy: Yes, in fact there is! Cybertron Shortround is a toy-collector who owns a mint, complete G2 Menasor and Defensor. Granted, it's never quite specified that these are the same two toys as exist in our universe, but it's all written in his Cyber Key Code online extras. Canonical! :D

Long Haul, since my job is delivery :c It's about as unglamorous as he makes it out to be, but at least my customers adore me.

The Headmaster project is stalled. Gotta get funding and all that. Of course, building an actual, working, sentient Transformer without gimmicks comes first.

I have to admit that I was really hesitant to pick Wheeljack because all of his stuff tends to blow up. I was trying to remember who else was a mechanical engineer and I couldn't think of anyone, so I said, "screw it."
