This is just a simple question I'd like to ask fans, as I can't make a decision on it myself. Should I get Takara Red Rampage, or Hasbro Red Rampage?

The Takara one has a more accurate "shovel" section, but the yellow parts are a bit off-putting. The Hasbro one has a better paint job, but the shovel isn't as accurate.

Thanks for any comments or thoughts you may have on this.

Hasbro's. It's cheaper and looks much better overall IMO.

Actually, the yellow bits are movie accurate too. Just look at Rampage again in the movie. He has the silver shovel and yellow bits. So the Takara/Tomy one is far more movie accurate. However, the Hasbro one just looks better. Why would a read bulldozer have yellow bits on it? I'm gonna get the Hasbro one just because it's way cheaper than ordering the Takara/Tomy one.

Takara for movie accuracy, Hasbro for price.

Hasbro. Overall, it's a pretty unimportant repaint, and the domestic version (despite apparently being not quite as accurate) will be much less.

If money's an issue, Hasbro. If not, Takara.

Hasbro. The deco isn't significantly different from Takara's and the mold isn't good enough to justify the increased price.

If the Takara one's not that expensive, I'd say get it, not sure how much it would cost in the US though.

I've noticed overall that Takara still has better QC than Hasbro...

Definitely Hasbro's. It's cheaper and better looking. Takara's is more accurate, but looks horrible, imho. The yellow is indeed accurate, but that doesn't make it look any better. Same goes for the weird looking shovel.

Takara's. I have it, and it looks great.

The red is a blood red, the shovel has all sorts of details in it (rust, scrapes, and oxidation). The yellow adds some nice color diversity, and the paint details are different from the original (not the same paint layouts and color swaps).

Hasbro's looks nice, but it just replaces the yellow for red without really doing anything else to make it special.

Hasbro's Red Rampage is just a simple hue change
While Takara's may be expensive but better (in my opionon) it is more movie accurate.
