Hello. Just looking to get some help in deciding which trailer fits best with Classics. The BTS-01 Mobile Command Base or FPs Classics G3 Trailer? The input should allow me to decide which to sell off. Thanks!

 

I personally like the look and playability of the FP G3 trailer but I can see why a lot of people would like the look of the BTS trailer more.

I have the G3 trailer and I love it. My only complaint is that scale-wise, it's actually a little too big. Of course, when has that ever stopped anyone?  

I don't like the nontraditional shape of the BTS trailer, but I can see how some would prefer nontraditional.

Thanks! ^^ Those are probably the main two reasons that are holding me up.

 

I love the G3 Trailer, nice and sturdy, and holds more true to G1. I can understand the concept of an updated look that BTS did since Classics Optimus is a different shape from the boxy G1 Optimus, but for me, the BTS trailer looks half RV, half truck trailer and just doesnt work.

The weapons that come with the FP trailer are also a nice little addition (though the only one I have taken off is Mirage's weapon).

 

I have both of them. Either one works fine.

 

The BTS trailer is more "classics styled," but the G3 trailer has better features and more room to store stuff.

 

Wow, so much G3 love. I am a bit suprised that the BTS trailers has no votes .

G3, it's solid, We has tonnes of features, and extra weapons for the others

Even makes for a nice riser. I have Jazz, Sideswipe, and Sunstreaker displayed standing on top of the trailer.

 

The G3 trailer not only looks better, but has a much better build quality to it. The BTS trailer unfortunately feels cheap.

 

Voting was so lopsided (G3 33, BTS 2) makes me wonder how many BTS trailers have been sold.

 

I for one LOVE my BTS Trailer... but it is the only one I have. Regardless, I think it's awesome. And mine does not feel cheap. Very sturdy, in fact!

 

If you have the D.I.A Commander set, get the G3 trailer. If not, get it for the weapons & the look.

 

I think the G3 trailer is probably the best fit for Optimus, especially for a Classics collection.

However, I bought the BTS trailer for my Nemesis Prime and it looks awesome for his character.
