I agree on DOTM. It was really pretty good, aside from scary CGI JFK.

DOTM definitely had the best prologue. It starts off with that spectacular scene that depicts the war on Cybertron and shows the Ark crashing. Then, it goes to a more Alien-esque tone as the astronauts investigate the Ark. It was really really awesome and it set up the plot really well. I still liked all three though.

DOTM, definitely; over the other two, it had the advantage of being longer, thereby allowing the writers to connect it to the story better. We also got that amazing Cybertron scene, at last.

Theyre all unique in their own way.
The first- This gave me chills no ther movie has, and credit also goes for being the first live action TF movie.
ROTF- Gave me huge thrill and sense that something big is gonna happen.
    DOTM- Pretty damn self explanitory.

Part 1. First time we'd heard Peter Cullen's voice doing new Optimus material in decades. Plus the battle at the military base, where no one really knew what to expect in terms of how the robots would look or anything. There was a lot of anticipation and excitement for that opening scene.

Dark of the Moon for certain due to the way it finally showed the huge war, and did a great job of setting the story up.

But the 2007 Move holds a special spot in my heart. RI, 2007, the special first screening of the movie, and the huge cheer that went up when that first speech from Peter Cullen came in. That moment was glorious and magical.

I really liked all three, the like that they all used Optimus Prime as the narrator, that was a good move!

DOTM. I was nervous about how they were going to make Cybertron look, but they knocked it out of the park, IMO.

Part one, when Optimus speaks it just sounds godly, and the explaining of the mystical allspark just adds to that expectation of grander situation about to unfold.

DOTM explains the war and the loss of sentinels ship, on a human level its easier to relate to, but IMO not as spectacular or as suspenseful. Same for the ROTF opening.
