I only have two of my own (both deluxes) so my views on the other sizes are based on: images, seeing them in store, reviews, and video.

Deluxe-Barricade, hands down. He is probably my single favorite deluxe EVER. The detailing on his alt mode is just downright amazing. His bot mode isn't perfect (hips don't quite lock into place), but it is certainly intimidating and has some decent articulation. Only other complaint is his "long arm of the law" action feature tends to deploy itself and that can get a bit annoying. His transformation is simple enough, but still fun.

Voyager-Starscream is an impressive figure. He is close to the movie model and again has an intimidating look to him. His jet mode has some problems (primarily due to parts being exposed and his undercarriage). However it is nicely designed alt and looks nice. His bot mode is solid, has good articulation (minus hips), and again looks close enough to his cgi model. His transformation looks fun and not too complex and his a nice automorph feature.

Leader-Prime is a perfect example of a well made leader figure. I'm not a big fan of electronics and what not for figures (espescially transformers) but they don't really take away from him. His alt is well made, looks nice, and is a good representation of him. His bot mode is similarly impressive and stands out. His automorph is appreciated.

    Deluxe - Bonecrusher
He feels very solid, looks great, and has a neat "entire vehicle splits in half" transformation. Barricade is a close second, but Bonecrusher is my current favorite little guy.

    Voyager - Starscream
It was a tough choice between screamer, ratchet, and prime, which are all fantastic figures, but the general solidness of SS combined with his awesome transformation and overabundance of missiles give him the edge.

    Leader - Prime
Gorgeous, fun to transform, poseable. Not a whole lot else needs to be said. His toe automorph is wonderfully smooth and impressive.

Deluxe - Bumblebee. He very nice looking in both modes.

Voyager - Starscream. Pretty much the same reasons as you guys.

Leader - Optimus and Megatron. I can't choose, I'm leaning more towards Megatron but I'm still too undecided!

Deluxe - I only have Bonecrusher, so by default, I have to say him. The yet to be released 08 (or is it 09) Bumblebee looks to be the cream of the crop though.

Voyager - my oh my, this class is insane! Ratchet, Ironhide, Starscream, and Robovision are all spectacular toys. This size class has been the best since BW and the movie offerings are wonderful. I think I'm going to say SS, but this is a hard one. Prime's vehicle mode is terrific, as is Ironhide's. Ratchet is a nice combo, but SS has the best automorph, coolest bot mode, and a somewhat deformed, but plenty recognizable jet mode.

Leader - only have Prime and he is pretty solid. I won't be purchasing Megs, so easy call here.

Don't have many yet (didn't want to drop hundreds all at once), but...

Real Gear: Longview for best Bot mode, Speed dial for most convincing gadget mode.
Deluxe: Got Jazz, Barricade, & Scorponok, so I'll say Jazz
FAB: Only got Starscream, so I'll say NOBODY!! :)
Voyager: Only Blackout and Robovision Prime so far, so Prime.
Leader: Prime (haven't seen any Megatrons yet)

I think this is best suited for the Toyark rather than Feedback, but great idea!

On Real Gears (four bought, two opened): Longview based on pictures as I've yet to open him up, of the two I've played with Power Up is awesome too. Really can't praise this size class enough!

Legends - Hands down got to be Barricade.

Deluxes - the Protoforms are all that are out in the UK! I'm holding back until I actually have a couple of these before saying. Probably Barricade or Bonecrusher, those two look great.

Voyagers - of the two I own, I prefer Ratchet. Blackout is great, but the Automorph makes him harder than he needs to be and also means he can't hold together in vehicle mode very well. Great 'bot modes on the pair of them, though.

Leaders - have yet to see either in person. Hoping to avoid seeing Optimus just yet so I can avoid the temptation of buying the big guy!

Well, so far, I only have Bumblebee, Jazz, Barricade, Ratchet and Ironhide (three Decepticon deluxes are on their way though, to even up the sides), but I'm impressed by all of em.

Deluxes? Overall, I'm gonna have to go with Barricade. Bumblebee is more fun to transform, but his face is hideous, and his legs just feel wierd. Barricade is just... wow. Again, the car is amazing. The bot mode is simply scary. Seriously, in that scene we've seen stills of where he's looming over Shia? Yeah, I'd probably shit myself. It's like if Rob Zombie was a transformer toy, that's the impression I get from the bot mode.

Voyager... I'm gonna give this one to Ironhide, though after reading this, I apparently NEED to get Starscream. Ratchet's really close though... I can't express in words how impressed I am with these two.

No experience with any other size classes. Deluxe and Voyager are my preferred size classes, though, so I may actually skip the leaders.

I don't own enough to accurately comment, but I know Brawl WON'T be my favorite deluxe (unless they all have lots of problems) and Spyshot will probably be my favorite Real Gear.

So far, I've only been impressed by Leader Class Prime. Looks like I may have to check out Starscream but the one figure I'm looking forward to is 2008 Bumblebee!
