For me this one is a no brainer.

    Starscream.

Just looking at my voyager from the first film next to the leader class (hell even the voyager) from the second is such a huge difference. Even the deluxe from the newest film is a marked improvement. Now don't get me wrong, I actually do like the original voyager mold, got some good memories of it too (mostly when I first got it, was right before going to Six Flags with my uncle), but damn is the difference in design and quality noticeable. Just crazy what a few years of engineering can do.

The original leader Prime compared to the RotF leader is another pretty drastic change, though the original leader is still pretty damn solid.

And Megatron..well it's harder to really judge with him since he's changed forms across each film.

I wouldn't be too surprised to see Bumblebee get a mention here, but I just don't feel the changes and improvements from the original concept camaro mold are noteworthy enough.

    Ironhide maybe.

Starscream is definitely the one who's been most improved over the years. You put the Movie Voyager next to the DOTM Deluxe and it's no contest.

Starscream I'd say. The leader and recent deluxe are pretty much perfect compared to the first two voyagers.

Megatron radically changes forms so he kinda doesn't count, and for me Ironhide reached his pinnacle in the HFTD deluxe, not saying that the following ones were bad toys though.

Have to say Prime & Starscream. They improved Prime SO much and captured his slim screen accuracy in such detail (especially the Buster version) that I almost wonder how I ever liked the TF1 Leader since - now, by comparison and in hindsight - it looks like an oversized lego block. And Leader Starscream... well, it's so obvious of an improvement over the Voyager that I won't even bother spelling it out.

the voyager megatron is a step up to me. if we dont get a leader of this guy i'll be pissed! i also think not one character in general but the whole cyberverse line is a bonus for the kids. you take the figures and get the ark playset and kids will have a blast. reminds me of g1 metroplex and the way you can invole the other smaller figures with it

Starscream easily. The originaly Voyager was an abortion of a figure. Irregardless of accurace, the transformation was bizzare, and the arms wrecked the figure. RotF Voyager was an improvement, but cost cutting gave him, again, bad arms. DotM deluxe and especially RtS Leader are extremely strong, Leader Starscream being one of the best molds in the past 10 years in my view.

Prime is a funny case. Leader RotF Prime in all his incarnations, one of the best Transformers every made, even with the cost cutting that happened. Battle Blades prime also was pretty good. But nearly every other Prime to date has been terrible, the worst in my view being DotM "Voyager" Prime. I guess you can say, molds that go all out have certainly improved, but more gimmick-centric molds have been horrible throughout.

Bumblebee has improved, but its hard to notice. 2007 Camero Bumblebee was a great figure, great enough to be recycled into RtoF, but the gold standard is of course, RtS Battle Blade Bumblebee, which though similar in transformation scheme, is a stronger figure than even leader bumblebee. DotM Bumblebee is worse of course, but that is mostly by design (simpler).

Megatron... I guess you can call DotM Megatron an improvement, but every figure of this character has been terrible in truth.

Ratchet... DotM Deluxe ratch is the best iteration of the character hands down.

Prime and Starscream. I can't even look at their old modes now that I have their Leader figures. There's just no contest.

Optimus has evolved into a sleeker design with DOTM I don't know why people don't like the new voyager optimus, I think he looks great! And of course dotm megs has improved greatly. But deluxe ratchet to me is the most improved (coming from a movie ratchet enthusiast)

All legs, crappy fake windshield chest, stubby arms, that absolutely horrible vehicle mode. It kinda just seems like a very bad mix of Animated and movieverse.

Oh most definitely. Only movie Megatron I own. It's just hard to include him quite the same way as the others because it's more an all new design than improving the existing one.

the rotf leader prime is a work of art! to look at him in robot mode you would never think he would actualy turn into a truck. they could take that figure and do minor tweeks to it and have one unbeatable figure.

honestly, i keep looking at this "sleeker" Optimus Prime that supposedly exist in DoTM, and from the renders and screen caps I've seen so far, it just looks like they gave him a gun and changed the midsection a little. He seems pretty much the same everywhere else.

As for the DotM deluxe, yeah what's been said. he's all legs. Fake windshield. Those weird solar panels. Non sensiscal proportions. Honestly, he's basically deluxe sized with bigger legs. I actually think Deluxe Laserbeak has more to him.

It's really terrible considering Battle Blades prime of the same class JUST happened.

I picked up the deluxe thundercracker - it's great! Didn't get the starscream deco because I despise the tatoos. Makes no sense if he's in disguise. Will not buy a plane in tatoos.

Deluxe Ratchet is also wonderfully engineered, and love his weapon. But I do have a soft spot for Movie 1 Ratchet -- that's a great toy. Love his bulk.

So it's SC and Ratchet for me (mold-wise)

THIS! Both figures and others are a perfect work of art and ingenuity.

Barricade. Compare the 1st movie deluxe(don't have the ROTF which was retooled), to the new DOTM version. Major difference.

Sideswipe is great save for lack of paint.

I'm gonna say Prime, Starscream, Battle Ops Bumblebee, and Ironhide.

Like mentioned before I thought movie 1 prime was nice, but the ROTF just blows it out of the water. Leader SS is the definitive figure, best incarnation hands down. Heck like also said before the DOTM deluxe blows movie 1 voyager away. Bumblebee has just gotten better period over releases. Battle Blades is the best deluxe, HA is no slouch either I just hate the seats don't fold down on his arms. But when it comes to it battle ops is the best IMO. I'm not big on gimmicky figures (I hate ultimate BB), but BOBB blalnces out both gimmicks, transformation, and overall look and size in both alt and bot mode. Ironhide both the deluxe and leader class kick ass to me. Close second goes to Recon IH. Teh other voyagers have either head sculpt issues. DOTM IH, I really want to give credit to, but they screwed the "1 piece" chest up royally. Otherwise it would be #2 behind leader, maybe #1

    *edit*

Must add ROTF Voyager Prime. Best voyager Prime to date. Movie 1 backpack was garbage, and DOTM looks like the love child between Legos and Bizzaro! I have no idea why they just couldn't put ROTF Prime on P90X and give him abs of steel. WTF were they thinking with that remold???? Deluxe DOTM prime is #3 behind ROTF leader and voyagers

Voyager. I think that was a voyager listing...
But. Uhm. If it was leader... yeah.
