Can anyone help me with this? I have heard that Bludgeon will be released that is basically a Classics type version but in the movie line. Is it out yet? Which one is it? etc. Thanks in advance and forgive my ignorance but I am not collecting the movieline so don't really know.

It's not out yet, and the only pictures of it were shown at Botcon, no pics online yet.

The Bludgeon in question is the Voyager tank one that will be coming out next year. Everything we've heard about it makes him sound incredibly cool. Apparently the tank barrel becomes his sword and he has a hidden knife in his shoulder. The colors and headsculpt are supposedly very reminiscent of G1 Bludgeon.

I think they also said they will explain the reason there are 2 bludgeons. I think in his bio.

Yeah, they will. If I remember correctly, his robot mode is a bit kibble-y, but that's really all I could find "wrong" with him. Plus, it's amazing how they were able to make his tank mode so green, but his robot mode so orange (he really really looks like his Pretender shell in robot mode), so I can excuse some of the kibble.

And I wouldn't say he's COMPLETELY Classics-like. More like halfway between the traditional & Movie aesthetics-- sort of like TF1 Incinerator, perhaps, in that a bit "blockier" than movie designs, but not wholly alien and more detailed than your traditional design. Sort of how Movie Lockdown is halfway between the Animated & Movie looks.

Hmmmm interesting. I guess I will have to wait and see what he looks like when he comes around.
