Deluxe Megatron (It looks stupid if you don't have the weapon attached)
    Waspinator (Too simple)
    Blackarachnia (Too simple)
Lockdown (Legs keep popping of during transformation. That may be just particular to my own personal figure though)

I love the character but for me, the worst of TFA toys is BLITZWING unfinsished alt mode(jet) and floppy as a wet noodle.

Jetfire and Jetstorm. Meh-tastic. Cliffjumper is way better!

Swoop is pretty awesome, alot of play value with him. And I'm a fan of cocky pricks so sentinel is awesome as well. I am nervous though that I'm gonna break though rear wheels off in transformation some day.

Blitzwing is garbage, Starscream and Lockdown are only a little better. Jetstorm and Jetfire have good robot modes but everything else about them is awful.

I don't even think about Activators since Bumblebee is the only one that's somewhat passable of the bunch.

I don't really care for Ratchet and I'll admit Thundercracker's color are pretty cool but I still don't like the mold much. I got Cliffjumper on HTS at the beginning of the year...now I'm wishing I got Dirge too just since both seem to be internet exclusives :lol

Deluxe Bumblebee is the only Animated toy I don't like. I bought it just so me & my brother would have every TF:A character, haven't touched it since the first time I transformed it.
    Everything else is awesome though.

I don't buy Activators, and don't own Voyager Megs, but anything else Deluxe or bigger I have. I don't really watch the cartoon, so that may explain my dislike for some of these:
-Oilslick- finally bought to be a completionist (Deluxe and above). He just looks goofy to me.
-Swindle- I don't like his hands, and don't like the head.
-Lockdown- My cousin bought it and sent it to me, his justification (along with others) is "look at the size of him". They could make him 2 feet tall and he is still a turd.
-Black Arach- Just don't like her
-Deluxe Bumblebee- I thought he was ok as a stand alone, but he just looks goofy when displayed with the rest of the Animated line. Glad I got Activators with the Target 2-Pack.
-Supreme Prime- Not much value outside of size, only bought him cause he was on clearance.
-Voyager Blitzwing- Nice idea, poor execution. Not really a fan of any of his many faces.

Wow, that is a long list, but all-in-all, I have been really happy with how animated has come together, after getting just a couple, I didn't really think they fit well together as a group, but the more I get, the more they seem to look good together.

Also, for some reason I can't bring myself to pay full price for the "Ace and Gary" Jet Twins, so I guess I am missing those till they go on clearance.

i really have a hate on for animated activators starscream, so i bought it, opened it, transformed it, pressed the button, posed it a little, and then it got really dull. So i used it as custom tf fodder:D

My vote is easily for Cyberton Prime, Cybertron Megatron (both sizes), Blackarachnia, Waspinator, the Jetfire/Jetstorm twins, and all of the Activators. All I see when I look at those figures is numerous examples of missed potential for better molds and/or more valid characters.

Out of the rest, I'd have to say Voyager Lugnut. It's a decent mold, but his stupidly small size (in BOTH modes) completely kills it for me.

I got one of those for my niece, and although she's very happy with it (last night it was wearing a Barbie skirt and hat and holding a pair of babies :p  ) I felt it missed too many of the basic needs of a figure (especially one that didn't have to transform). No articulation in the knees and ankles or a waist swivel? That's just lazy. I could've maybe forgiven it if the heel wheels had been motorised so it could roll around under its own power either stood up or laid down.

    Supreme Prime, easily.

Otherwise, I'd have to say Voyager Megs. Something's wrong when the smaller size class is better.
