Well everybody knows for sure that Fortress Maximus is the biggest Transformer but yesterday my son asked me about the smallest TF ever. I think Micromasters should be the ones, but is there any figure that is the definitively smallest TF toy?

I don't consider WST since they are third party products. I want to know what is the smallest official figure.

WST are third party products? I know that some are but Takara did release a bunch of them including Soundwave which had the transforming Ravage. I'd say that Ravage is the smallest TF ever made.

Haha, third party products are becoming the Smogon of Transformers.

I'm missing the parallel between 3rd party products and Smogon. Smogon is a website that posts legitimate competitive battling strategies. 3rd party TF companies make figures/add ons that Hasbro/Takara won't.

    Where's the connection?

I'd say it's much smaller than a micro SD. If I hadn't sold mine I would measure it.

Because Gamefreak/Nintendo "fails" to create a balance battling environment for the competitive Pokemon players, therefore Smogon has to step in. And as time goes by, some people even think Smogon tiers are official Gamefreak/Nintendo tiers; which I think is a big joke.

Just for the heck of it, does anyone have both WST Ravage and Fort Max to take a picture of together?

Ah, I see! Great point, I never looked at it like that. Though I have to admit that, for the most part, I agree with Smogon's tiers. Gamefreak makes some pretty asinine decisions regarding Pokemon abilities, movesets, and their own ban list (seriously, Phione is part of their ban list yet Garchomp/Wobbufet is okay to use...).

Anywho, I could go on all day about how I'm glad to have Smogon around to balance the battling environment. Point is, I now agree with your comparison of 3rd party companies and Smogon.

Definitely that WST Ravage. Thing is nearly the size of a grain of rice. It'd be nice to see someone arrange their collection by height in robot mode.

Makes me want him just for the obscurity of it.
I had thought minicons were the smallest, as im pretty sure some were smaller than micromasters but ravage wins.
