    Yeah, I am a huge fan of DeLisle's work, but I'm much more inclined to associate Susan Blu with the character given the fact that she's done about 99.9% of all of Arcee's lines combined throughout Transformers history.

    Whereas with Prime and Megs, you have several different voices (Cullen, Chalk, Welker, Kaye, etc.), who have each had their fair share of the character, and you can reach your own conclusion. Two lines each by the non-Blu's is not really much to work with in formulating a decision.
