I don't believe hasbro will ever again reissue a figure that was not first reissued by Takara/tomy. Bluestreak(silverstreak), Red Alert, and Grapple are the only figures that have been mass reissued by Hasbro that were not mass reissued by Takara prior. And all sold terribly.
So any Hasbro release will be something we already have seen/own from Takara/Tomy.
That being said, expect Devastator as the next hasbro reissue.

Anything that hasn't been reissued before! My first choices would be Trypticon and Fort Max, but beyond that I would accept any *master figure, especially head masters... If you really mean Hasbro, then my first two choices are probably out, but oh well. I prefer Japanese reissues anyway...

How about a Pretender Bludgeon or Thunderwing reissue? I'd buy both of those without a 2nd thought. :)

Idc who reissues Fort Max, as long as he gets reissued. Now if they made a GENERATIONS Fort Max, the same height as the original..

Though this may be what you meant, Bluestreak and Red Alert were reissued previously by Takara as exclusives of one sort or another before the Hasbro Commemorative line, which was itself a store exclusive line. I thought Grapple was reissued by Takara ahead of his Hasbro Commemorative reissue but I could be mistaken on him.

I think the Seacons are the only G1 toys that Hasbro (via either TFCC or the BBTS exclusive last year) has reissued that Takara had not done in some fashion ahead of time.

Yup, a few years ago, plus I think the Encore release was restocked at BBTS sometime within the last year or so.

All the big bots (Fort Max, Scorpi, And metroplex) then some Targetmasters, and it would be nice to reissue some if not all combiners that would be awesome!!!

TRU were offered the mold before it ended up at the Collector Club.

    They said no.

Personally I prefer to see Hasbro's reimagining via classics, generations, etc. As for G1 reissues, the only way I think we'll see any now will be if they happen to correspond with movie/cartoon references, like they did with the reissue of perceptor and the insecticons. That's assuming they have the mold.

I believe he's referring to the G1 reissue that BBTS got as an exclusive (before selling stock to other online retailers), not the Universe 1.0 inspired repaint that Fun Pub sold several years ago.

You're right. I didn't refer to the distinction.

W/O being able to prove such a thing of course, i am fairly convinced that TRU's buyers are familiar enough with Transformers to know what was offered during G1......and that if they wanted the original color scheme... Hasbro would've worked with them.

Bluestreak, Red Alert, and Grapple were released by Takara as convention exclusives in 2001, each limited to 1000 pieces. Thus not a mass release like they were by Hasbro (even though they were TRU exclusives they were hardly limited). These 3 figures alone were not part of any TFC, encore, or any other wide release reissue Takara series. All other Hasbro releases were mass produced by Takara prior.

But yes if you want to get absolutely specific, the Seacons are the only figures that have been released by Hasbro but not by Takara.

they should reissue at least all the characters that have already been made as high quality ko's.

For sunstreaker they could re-tool sideswipe/red alert for it even though technically it wont be original
