This was first alluded to in the "MP Megatron sucks" thread, where it was mentioned that G1 Shockwave, as-is, is already nearly in scale with the MP line.

I was wondering which other G1 figures are already in-scale and detailed enough so that they could stand side-by-side with the MP series (and/or the BT/Alt figures as well) for a "perfect" representation?

Well, MP Prime and MP Megs (awesome as they are) are just a bit too big, IMO. Now, the MP Seekers are in perfect scale to the BT/Alt series as well as G1 Shockwave.

I'm curious how G1 Scorponok would look next to them (I never had the figure, so I don't know how large it was).

Some of the -master partners might be about the right scale with the MPs. That's about as close as you'll get.

G1 Blaster, size-wise, is about in scale with the MP Seeker lot as well. There may be a few others here and there, also.

The MP Seekers are not even close to being in scale if you're comparing alt-modes.... they might be in scale with the original G1 cars...

I think the MP seekers are in scale with alts in bot mode as they were portrayed in the cartoon. Close anyway.

I think the only non Masterpiece/Alternators figures that look in scale to the rest and can fit in reasonably well are Classics Bumblebee & Cliffjumper. In bot mode anyway. In alt mode, it's obvious they're from a different series.

But that's it. Nothing about G1 Shockwave, Soundwave, Jetfire or any of those larger characters makes me think they could fit in or would look right next to the Masterpieces or Alternators.

That's what I was referring to, how they're displayed in bot-mode.

Yeah, I said that. And Blaster/Twincast is a good one too.

Jetfire is kinda small compared to the MPs.

When compared to the MP Seekers, it's in scale with the G1 toon and comics, etc. He's not in scale with MP Megs or Prime, but then again neither are the MP Seekers.
