For me, TF1 had the best pacing and jokes but DOTM was my favorite as it was the most exciting and enjoyable.

DOTM, it was fun and had something for everyone (I was shocked they didn't have mini-cons or cyber keys just to please the Unicron Trilogy guys too! lol)

DOTM because it's better than TF07, and even better than ROTF.

Wow, someone voted for ROTF. I was not expecting that.

TF1 because it actually fleshed out the personalities of the Transformers more than either ROTF or DOTM. In both sequels they feel like co-stars in their own movie.

I would say Sentinel was pretty fleshed out in DOTM, even The Fallen was as much as we needed him to be.

TF07 is still the best but now it stands alongside DOTM. ROTF is green with envy.

The first and third are pretty much tied at the moment. That may change with repeat viewings of DOTM.

DOTM was fun, but the characterization of the robots was either nonexistent (most of everybody) or horrid (what in the heck was with making Starscream a whiny idiot? I mean, yeah, he was whiny in G1, but at least that was entertaining. This was just RUINED FOREVER. And I say that as someone who actually thought DOTM was generally very cool.)

The first one is the only genuinely solid movie all the way through.

DOTM is better than ROTF because it has more good moments, but it also shares several of the problems of ROTF: too much fat, dumb humor, choppy editing and plot/character failures.

DOTM with TFTM a very very close second.

The first one definately. The TFs mattered as characters in that one for as much as they are in any of the movies. Nothing still beats that moment of seeing Optimus transform for the first time for me. DOTM holds up a lot better than ROTF but it still doesn't have the same magic movie one did at seeing these characters come to the screen in live action for the first time. And I still think the first movie has a better overall plot.

    DOTM > ROTF >>>>>>>>>>> 2007 Movie.

All have some serious issues, but the last 2 are pretty damn enjoyable, despite their flaws. The first one had terrible pacing, and terrible subplots that took up tons of time and went nowhere and had no purpose to the overall plot. It was very boring for most of it's running time.
