Megs doesnt count for the following reason's;
1. We've seen his toy.
2. His hand and foot are in both Trailers.
3. And had comfirmination from mutiple people/scources.

Anyway, I'd choose Blackout.

UPDATE: Barricade does also not count, even thought he died in the Comic Adaption and Novel

 

Bonecrusher. He hates being a hi-then-die character.

 

Totally loved this character, even though he hates me for it. Anyway I think in a one-on- one fight he could've taken at least half of the autobots in either movie and would've loved to see some of these showdowns. Oh well, there's always my toys!

I'm having a hard time choosing between Blackout and Bonecrusher and Barricade. Barricade is such a well designed Decepticon, but Boney yelled 'OP-TI-MUS!!!!!!' before he attacked Prime, and Blackout's design was awesome as well.

Tough one; Blackout & Bonecrusher are my favourite Movie TF designs so far, along with Starscream.

Hm. Bonecrusher edges it, I think; his robot design was a little more progressive.

That said, I don't personally go for the "bringing them back" thing, lessens the impact of death (if it has any at all in that film)...

Going to have to say Frenzy, out of all the transformers that died besides Jazz he's the only one to have displayed a personality onscreen
