    that guy who got speared by megatron in prime's flashback in movie one XD



    But seriously, I would have the deaths like they are. This is not G1 one, ore any of the other series, where you get a scheme of the week and then everybody's fine. we need deaths, it's a war, ppl die, and I feel none of the deaths are really pointless.

    -_- Wheelie and brains never died. Even in the film despite them saying "we`re going to die" the crash was obviously surviveable. In the comics and novel they didnt die either

    He lost his eye... and his stomach was smashed open by Optimus. As much as he`s my favourite charecter and all... in the films he`s pretty much dead for now.

    Megatron dies in the first film, revived in the second, dies in the third.
    Optimus dies in the second and revived in the second.

    Yes, I know, but they are not pointless. Megatron's ressurection in the 2nd movie took a great effort from the decepticons, so they could revive their fallen commander who was 2nd in command to the fallen. And optimus dying, well, that's the most not-pointless death in the whole series, it was one of the major plot points in the movie, so that sam could live with the guilt of what he's done. He's ressurection came as the reward to sam believing in himself. By ressurecting prime, sam had his redemption. So I don't considered them pointless.
