For me, it goes to Soundwave because I thought it was awesome when Bumblebee gave him an uppercut and transformed his hand into a gun and then blew his head off through his body.

I like Soundwave's final "Nooo!" Very rarely, if ever, do we hear even a hint of fear or panic in his voice.

I think Crankcase's death may be one of my favorites. Stabbed in the face, thrown onto a car, and shoved into a building which promptly explodes. You know, just to make sure he's dead and all.

I didn't like any of the Decepticon Deaths, they were to fast and of characters I didn't care for in the movies.

The only character that had died in the trilogy that actually had a little weight to it was Ironhide. When it come to DOTM I feel nothing throughout the film, heck when it come to the entire trilogy the entire experience is quite hollow.

Megatron has the best death out of the 3 movies. If you asked any casual fan what the best moment in DOTM was, it would be Prime ripping off Meg's head with one arm.

    Optimus Prime in ROTF

    For multiple reasons.

It showed how much Prime was willing to sacrifice. His own life for Spikes.

It showed how RUTHLESS the decepticons/Megatron were. As he stabbed him literally in the back and blasted his chest out.

It showed how determined Prime is to not fail, as he fought WELL against multiple opponents even when I believe, he know he would lose.

And lastly, It showed the results of what happens when the ''Noble'' prime wins out. And the beginning of REALITY SETS IN. Prime can NOT spare these bots, they aren't showing a bit of mercy, so why should he, and when he does, he dies. JUST like he did in the 86 film. Spending too much time talking to Megs, and not shooting him, a guy who INVADED THEIR HOME. It wasn't Hot rod that killed Prime, Prime killed Prime

    Optimus.
    Soundwave was pretty awesome.
    Quejack was emotional.
But I think my favorite has to be IronHide.

^This. It was the level of brutality needed by the Decepticons, and sadly, after this, they didn't do anything else menacing (aside from Lazerbeak who was awesome).

Two or three more of these style executions (giving Soundwave and Starscream someone to kill and gloat over & maybe one more Megs kill) would have given weight and menace to the Cons. Instead we got the Deceptipuffs.

    The Fallen and Starscream.

The Fallen just because of how insane and creepy it was, and Starscream because it was something that actually lasted and his death actually felt climactic.

Jazz. fought fearlessly against Megatron without standing a chance and died a hero protecting the humans fleeing in the first film. He was also one of the only characters to be mourned upon their death.

You know, when I first watched the 07 movie, I didn't even notice Jazz died until the end when they were mourning him.

They sure improved being able to actually tell what's going on in the second and third films.

Really? I was having a hard time focusing on the rest of the movie after it happened from being in shock. In hindsight, It wasn't the most shocking or unexpected deaths I've ever seen in a film but up until that point I assumed Jazz was one of the few Autobot's who would be immune to death due to their past popularity in the franchise(and being one of the only survivors of the G1 movie to appear in season 3).

I think The Fallen. Optimus just went all badass on him. Ripping his face off AND ripping his spark out and crushing it was just brilliant
