    Bumblebee because Soundwave can already talk.

    Plus, Soundwave not talking works. It adds to his "creepy guy in the corner" motif. Bumblebee not talking is just a pointless gimmick since 99% of the cast know what he's saying anyway.

    To be fair, this could have an effect on the future of the show.
    As for my vote, Bumblebee so we can see some lasting character development (ie: they abandoned the "young kid" thing after Operation Bumblebee Part 2).
    Soundwave, on the other hand, needs to stay this way, lest he lose his presence.

    Bumblebee.
    Soundwave may choose not to speak, but he has never had a problem communicating.

    Bumblebee on the other hand comes off as odd with his boops and beeps.
    Although the show has done a much better job in Season 2 of having the character communicate non-verbally.
    And, as much as I like the show, I find it odd that none of the characters have ever even wondered how it is possible for Raphael to understand Bumblebee.

    Bumblebee. He really needs it. Soundwave can talk too, as long as it's a demonic, scary voice. That'd be awesome.

    I want Soundwave, although I want him to talk once.

    Either way, we're getting both.
