    Soundwave. Shockwave is cool,but he says One line and an another line that is complety masked in growling that someone with clear hearing needs to listen to it(He says what is this stuff).

    Megatron game version in TF1 was for me like.."Ok...Not the best but i think maybe it was good idea to not include you". Megatron game version of TF2 for me was "OK! I'm glad they did not use you"

    His TF prime voice on the another is good work.

    Definitely Soundwave. Somehow he managed to convey the character's sadism with every word. Brilliant and chilling. Well done.

    Frank Welker's Soundwave voice is awesome, vocoded or not. It's memorable, unique, and was his own original choice for Soundwave's voice. Michael Bay honored Welker's original vocal choice from way back in 1984 by simply not synthesizing that voice. And that's pretty fucking cool.
