I found some takara Tomy animated toys at a local store. I have a budget of $60 and deluxes are $25, voyagers are $35, and leaders are $50. Out of these guys who should I get? Blackout, Wreck-Gar, voyager Bulkhead, leader megatron, ultra magnus, soundwave, and prowl.

 

Leader Megatron is one of the nicest Animated molds IMO.

 

Blackout. Keep the rest of your money, the only one worth it is Blackout.

 

Bulkhead is a great fig, but not for that price.

 

Blackout because you can't get him in the States in the first place.

 

Ultra Magnus is really nice IMO.

Ultra Magnus is a good leader mold as is Megatron. I slightly prefer Magnus from what I can remember. I don't own Blackout but since you can't get him anywhere else I'd say him and keep the other 25

 

First step: Buy Black out.
Second step: Sell black out for 45 + shipping
Third step: take your now 70$ (10 from profit) and buy animated from members here to get you both leader megs and UM, and probably one deluxe if lucky.

 

Blackout.

Not necessarily the best figure, but getting him at that price/finding him elsewhere will be a LOT harder than picking up any of the other guys.

 

Blackout, then go to Marshalls and get the rest on clearance.

 

I'm Pretty much sold on Blackout now. I am willing (and kinda wanna) to spend all my money so tell me if that's a good idea. If it is should I get prowl or soundwave with blackout or a completely different combo? Thanks for all your replies!

 

There are none at Marshalls! If I could find them other places I would have already bought them! Also, I don't want to go online and there are not that much better deals online if you consider shipping and all that.

 

I don't see many at Marshalls anymore. My TRU still has quite a few, and at half price (if it's not a TRU exclusive). If you go to Hasbro's online store, you can sometimes get decent deals. Oh, and Boscovs. I got a Leader Megatron for $30 I believe it was.

But def go for Blackout, like most of the other members say. Leader Megs is sweet too.

 

They're all awesome but Blackout is the most rare so if that's important to u then get him but if I had to choose the best then I'd say leader Ultra Magnus.

 

Yeah, my local TRU and Marshall's have no animated at all. I have a really bad TRU near me anyway so no hope there for anything! Lots of people are recommending leader Megatron which is kinda unexpected.

Buy Blackout. The rest you can get a US version of for less than retail shipped, I've done that for most of the line.

 

Consider that I probably won't be buying online.
