Did anyone have faction symbols besides in Alternate mode? I never thought to look.

 

BB has 1 in robot mode

 

Ironhide had his on the back of his tail gate.

Prime on his grill, barricade on his doors, ratchet on his cab, BB on his steering wheel horn button,

Dont know of any others.

 

All the symbols are pretty well hidden. I THINK Megs has one, I can't remember, it's THAT well hidden. But everyone does have symbols.

 

I remember seeing one on Prime's chest during the close up shots when he transformed for the first time.

 

I remember it was pointed out in the script during the flashback of Sam's great granddad. But I never noticed it in the movie. I realized a few days ago that there were some shots of the Autobot faction symbol, but I don't remember seeing any Decepticon symbols.

 

bumblebee has one on his forehead i think... he does in most of the paper ads

 

brawl has one on his tank on the main cannon area but its only the general decepticon symbol no real detailing

 

The only Decepticon insignia I remember seeing was on Barricade. I was really hoping to spot one on Blackout or Starscream (or any of the others). Frenzy's so little and "bony" I don't know where one would fit. I do remember seeing the Autobot symbol on Bumblebee, Ratchet, and O.P. in vehicle form, but not robot form. Anyone got pics?
When you think about it, though, if they're "robots in disguise," it makes sense for their insignia not to be obvious.

One thing I always thought was weird from the G1 cartoons was how obvious everyone's alliance insignia were on their "disguise" modes, and yet somehow it never blew their cover:
"Well, it's got a big purple Decepticon symbol on the wing, but it's just sitting there so it must be just a regular jet."
Or how 'bout that blazing red Autobot symbol on the yellow hood of Bumblebee's VW form? That's a disguise?

 

Star Scream has one on his head.

 

Jazz has one on his forehead, and if Arcee were in the movie, she would have one on her, umm-ummms, back to topic, megs might have one ( palid grey one) on his chest area.

shouldn't be any female robots, that's the stupidest thing i ever heard, i suppose the movie should also explain that prime used to be a factory worker, and had a gf too, LOL! dumbest things i ever heard, and then megs kill his gf, LOL! LOL! coming from a non tf fan (only knew of bw) robots are robots, if you bring in female robots, then i will laugh all the way to your geek convention when i hire you to all work at my new factory, because you guys will work for minimum wage because you want to feel like prime working in a factory, LOL! I will name it , Cybertron LLC, just for you! LOL! you can bring your gf's too, i'll bring the required evil nemesis.

Robot or not, they are still a living species...and I guess technically speaking can have genders, just as any other living organism.

Also, that post came off as...quite needlessly inflamatory.

If you look close during the movie, you can see that OP has an autobot symbol on his chest in the center just below the windows. Its also on the toy.

 

"Where is Meg's symbol?"

"Optimus has one on his chest, and Bumblebee on his forehead!"

Blackout has one on his tail fin. You only catch it in the very beginning of the film right when you first see him flying as a copter.
